ABOUT US

The History Of Our Salon

The wonderful two-story building at 9 - 11 Latrobe Terrace on the corner of Cochrane St, has spent most of its life as a butcher's shop. The first known tenant of the newly constructed shop and residence in 1888 was William Harwood Ashton and his wife Annie. From here they ran a very successful butchery enterprise consisting of up to 15 locations.
